HAILEY LEINDECKER, PT, DPT, CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Leindecker is from Metairie, LA. She attended Louisiana State University as an undergrad, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on exercise science. She then went on to attend the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Since starting her career, she has received advanced training in Manual Therapy from Evidence in Motion, been certified in Blood Flow Restriction therapy, certified in Functional Dry Needling, and certified in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. She is also a certified Barre Instructor and has taught various strengthening programs over the years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Calob, and children, Stevie and Bodhi, reading, working out, and relaxing by a pool or beach. SUZANNE R. ULMER, LOTR, CHT
Suzanne graduated from Northeast Louisiana University Allied Health Department with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and has practiced primarily in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation during her career. She has specialized training and advanced study in upper extremity rehabilitation, obtaining her Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) in 2003. This certification required meeting rigorous standards and ongoing continuing education. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, photography, and LSU sports. TAYLOR TERRIO, PTA
Taylor is originally from Paulina, LA. She attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette as an undergrad, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology while competing as a D1 collegiate softball student-athlete for 4 years. She then went on to attend Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University to receive her Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Taylor is certified in Kinesio Taping and pain science education. In her spare time, she enjoys CrossFit and playing with her puppy, Sunni. Taylor can be reached at taylor@action-therapy.net.
BETH SWANSON, TECH
Beth is originally from Laplace, LA. She attended Southeastern Louisiana University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Fitness and Human Performance. Beth has been a physical therapy technician for 7 years and is well experienced in the PT setting. She enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, Shane, and playing with her puppy, Loki.

DEE DEE DAVIS, FRONT DESK
DeeDee is from Belle Rose, LA. She has been employed with Action Therapy & Wellness since October 2014. DeeDee works behind the front desk and is the voice you’ll hear behind the phone and the first face you’ll see when you come into our facility. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and shopping.
